2. The Campaign will mail you an original receipt EP-3.
3. Fill out the attached Political Campaign REFUND form and submit with your EP-3 receipt.
* The PCR is a program offered by the State of Minnesota where registered voters of MN may receive a refund up to $50.00 per person or $100.00 per couple per year, by contributing to candidates running for local, state, and national levels. Your check will come from the Minnesota Dept. of Revenue, typically between 4-6 weeks after you file.
